Direct physical orders are currently limited to UK delivery. A flat £3.49 delivery charge applies to direct orders unless a different amount is clearly shown at checkout.

Order Confirmation
Once live checkout is enabled, you will receive confirmation of your order and payment. Please check your delivery details carefully before completing payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page with your order details so the issue can be resolved.
Returns & Cancellations
Direct physical orders
For eligible online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items should be kept in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. Where a return is simply a change of mind, return postage may be your responsibility. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Items made or personalised specifically for you may have different cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Signed Copies
Signed vs personalised
A standard signed edition is not automatically treated as a personalised item. If you request a specific dedication, name, message or other customisation, that copy may be treated as personalised and may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the law permits.
If a signed or personalised copy is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights still apply.
